Returns & Refunds:

We inspect every product before shipping and ensure they are securely packed to protect them during transportation. As a result, purchases are non-returnable, except in cases where items have been damaged during transit.

If an item is received damaged, customers should report the issue within 48 hours. Customers must return products within 14 days of receipt. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags attached.

Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected. Refunds will be issued through the original payment method within a specified time frame, typically 7-14 business days.
